Energy Environmental Modelling in ASEAN:

• Providing key personnel to a Technical Advisory Group for a major AusAID funded project exporting a large scale technical-economic energy-environmental optimisation model into several ASEAN countries.
  
  
• The model and its use with initial training and assistance is intended to provide significant institutional and policy strengthening in a key arena of economic and environmental policy making for the counterpart countries.
  
  
• The TAG has and will continue to provide specialist assistance and project assessment advice to AusAID independently of the Managing Contractor throughout the anticipated 5 year project.
